What to include

• That you want the account deleted.
• Which company the account belongs to.
• Whether it concerns only your own user account or the company's whole account.

The company's whole account is only deleted at the request of someone authorised to represent the company. If we need to confirm that the request comes from the right person, we'll get in touch before doing anything.

What happens next

When a user account is closed, the personal data associated with it is deleted or anonymised within 13 months. When the company's whole account is closed, the same deadline applies to the company's service data. The deadline also covers copies in backups.

Data we must keep under Swedish bookkeeping law is kept for as long as the law requires. Read more in the privacy policy.
